Fair, Transparent Commission Structure
At Fairway Learning, we believe tutors should keep more of what they earn. Our tiered commission model rewards loyalty and growth:
0–20 hours → 28%
20–50 hours → 25%
50–100 hours → 18%
100+ hours → 15%
Every hour you teach counts toward lowering your commission. The more you grow with us, the more you keep.
